Officer Bixby is remembered as someone who dedicated his heart to helping others.

Dallas Fire-Rescue firefighter Juan Omar Chaidez drowned while off duty.
Juan is remembered as a kind, strong, and loving man, who consistently prioritized others, even in the face of danger.
